Coverallsdirect POINTS & REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Coverallsdirect’s Points and Rewards Program (“Points Program”) was hatched for you, our customers, to reward you for what you already do on our website: (1) shop for great deals, (2) actively participate in some of our promotional events (“Points Promotional Rewards Events”), and/or (3) provide feedback as a loyal customer. If you decide to participate in this program, you will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
You are eligible to participate in the Points Program so long as you have a registered account on Coverallsdirect.com Non-registered customers or “guest checkouts” are not eligible to participate.

Points are earned through your purchases of eligible items or from the refer a friend program which a different account purchases a product, your participation in Points Promotional Rewards Events, and/or offered to you as courtesy from time to time. If you make a purchase of certain eligible items, your Points are earned and will be available for use for 12 months after the invoice date. When you earn your Points through purchases, you earn one (1) point for each twenty five pre-tax dollars that you spend on an eligible item after instant rebate, promo code and/or other discount. Points may not be earned on purchase amounts paid with previously earned Points.

Once your Points are available to use, you have (12) months to redeem them before they expire. When using or redeeming your Points, one (1) point is equivalent to one dollar ($1.00). Points are applied after tax in the same way as when using a gift card. Points can be redeemed to purchase any Coverallsdirect items.. When redeeming Points, calculation will be made in the following order of priority: (1) first, any promo code and/or combo discount is deducted from the sale price;(2) Points are then deducted; (3) any gift card payment is thereafter deducted; and (4) the remaining amount is charged to the credit/debit card. At this time, there is no restriction on the maximum Points that can be redeemed per day. Points may not be redeemed for any monetary value.
Points will expire (12) months after the date they were first made available to use. If you do not redeem all your points within this time frame, you forfeit all such points. However, if you purchase any eligible item and/or participate in a Reward Event, then the expiration date for all your unused Points will be extended for another (12) months.
We allow the use of credit cards and PayPal. However, we reserve the right to determine the kind of payment methods that qualify to earn Points.
Refunds & Returns
Returns & refunds will be calculated in the following order of priority: (1) Points are first credited to the account; (2) then, any gift card amount; and finally, (3) the remaining amount is credited to the credit/debit card. If you return an item that you purchased with Points, those Points will be posted back on your account, and the expiration date of all unused Points will be extended for (12) months. If you return any eligible item, your earned Points from the eligible item will be removed from your account.
Coverallsdirect reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Points Program Terms & Conditions without notification. Participation in the Points Program is considered acceptance of these Points Program Terms & Conditions and any modified terms included therein, as well as Coverallsdirect’s Policies with regards to purchasing and using Coverallsdirect’s products and services.
The Points Program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time as Coverallsdirect, at its sole discretion, decides to terminate all or any portion of the Points Program with or without notice.
By participating in the Points Program, you release Coverallsdirect, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Points Program.
